What exactly is a SugarFur piece?

A premium faux fur coat, vest or jacket with tiny LED lights woven all the way through the fur. It looks like a gorgeous coat on its own — then you switch it on and it becomes a full light show.

How do I control the lights?

Every piece comes with a handheld remote that works straight out of the box: change colors, cycle effects, adjust brightness. For full control, download our free companion app (iPhone and Android) and unlock 100+ color modes, patterns and music-sync effects.

How long does the battery last?

About 4-6 hours on a full charge depending on mode and brightness — enough for a full night out. Each piece includes a rechargeable USB power bank that fits in a hidden zipper pocket.

Is it waterproof?

No. Keep your piece away from rain, snow and all liquids. If it gets damp, disconnect the power bank immediately and let it dry completely before reconnecting.

How do I wash it?

Remove the battery pack first. Spot clean the LED areas with a damp cloth only — never submerge. The faux fur can be gently hand washed or dry cleaned. No machine wash, no tumble dry.

Is the fur real?

Never. Every SugarFur piece is 100% vegan faux fur. Zero cruelty, all glow.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7-15 business days, fully tracked from our door to yours. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Every piece is tested before it ships, but if something's wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or video and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
