Processing: Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days.
Delivery: 7-15 business days, fully tracked from our door to yours. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Shipping cost: Flat $9.95 tracked shipping. Free tracked shipping on all orders over $250.
Every piece is quality-checked and light-tested before it leaves. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipment, email us and we'll look into it immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you obsessed with your glow. If you're not, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and the battery pack included.
- Email us before sending anything back — we'll confirm your return and give you the return address.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty — then it's on us, obviously. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (exchanges are exempt) — see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Damaged or faulty on arrival? Email us within 14 days with a photo or video and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to ship the faulty piece back.
